Supply Shipping

The Supply System module enables laboratories to manage their supply inventory, client requests for supplies and outgoing shipments of supplies.

With the Supply System module laboratory managers can define specific vendors and their associated items. The system is able to monitor inventory levels, item usage history and minimum order quantities. It is also possible to monitor item locations even though they may have several locations throughout the laboratory.

The Supply System allows any type of supply whether it is a reagent, a pipette or a column to be tracked utilizing any level of detail.

Paper laboratory request forms (requisition, order slips, Chain of Custody, etc…) can be customized for each ordering client to pre-print required information (client account number, address info, barcoded test orders).
