The Quality Control module for M/LAB Enterprise Edition is a fully integrated host based QC. This enables QC review from any workstation on the network, automated QC re-run rules when there is a failure.
Key Features
- M/LAB Enterprise Edition can be configured to track multi level QC (C1, C2, C3 … etc). Each QC ID can have specific re-run rules assigned letting the local operators decide what actions are needed when QC limits are reached or exceeded
- If applicable, the local laboratory management can utilize M/LAB Enterprise Edition to monitor trends with Westgard Rules (1 QC point outside of 3 units of SDev, etc…). If a Westgard Rule is violated, the local operator makes the decision on how best to proceed. All actions are documented and shown in the audit trail.
- The laboratory technician can easily identify any QC result that has failed the predefined criteria. If QC Rules have been defined, no patient result can be reported until the matching QC has been released.
- M/LAB Enterprise Edition offers a variety of ways to ensure that patient results are monitored for quality and accuracy. In addition to pre-defined reports, commonly available data analysis software can easily retrieve data from M/LAB Enterprise Edition using Object ODBC interface.
Reporting
The easy to use Windows interface makes viewing M/LAB Enterprise Edition QC data very straightforward. The modern interface of M/LAB Enterprise Edition QC Module allows user with little or no experience to easily spot instrument quality problems.
