Since 1982 M/Mgmt Systems, Inc has been serving the public health and clinical laboratory community as a developer of commercial Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS). Our growth and success can be directly attributable to our desire to:

As changing technology and industry demands increased, M/Mgmt Systems partnered with Common Cents Systems, a privately held corporation based in Nashville Tennessee. Common Cents Systems has specialized in the development and implementation of commercial Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS) since 1994.  Common Cents added years of expertise in modern database architecture and design to the 20+ years of industry experience at M/Mgmt Systems.

After years of successful partnership, M/Mgmt Systems was purchased by Common Cents Systems in 2006. M/Mgmt Systems now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Common Cents Systems.

The purchase of M/Mgmt by Common Cents Systems offers a unique opportunity for both companies and to our customers. In the coming months we will continue to integrate our offices and staff to better improve our products and service levels to our customers. We will continue to operate offices in Nashville and Sacramento to best serve our customers throughout North America and the Caribbean.
